1. Memeclip materials

Except where stated otherwise, the original source code, interface design, written copy, graphics, icons, branding, and other materials created specifically for the Memeclip website and iOS application are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Memeclip is operated by an independent individual developer based in Poland.
2. Community Clips
Community Clips are collected and submitted by community members. Uploaders retain ownership of their content and grant Memeclip the limited permissions described in the Terms of Service. Displaying a clip in Memeclip does not transfer its copyright to Memeclip and does not automatically grant other users permission to republish it outside the Service.
3. Third-party content and music
Third-party video, audio, music, artwork, names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Access to music or other licensed materials is subject to the applicable provider terms, license, territory, and platform. References to third parties do not imply ownership or endorsement by Memeclip.
4. Permitted use
You may use Memeclip through the features provided by the Service and may create and export projects using content for which you have the necessary rights. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create a confusingly similar service from Memeclip's protected materials except where applicable law permits it or you have written permission.
5. Copyright reports
If you believe content available through Memeclip infringes your copyright, email [email protected]. Include your contact details, identification of the protected work, the exact Memeclip URL, a description of the alleged infringement, and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith. We may request additional verification and may share the substance of the report with the uploader where lawful.
