Delete your account immediately
- Sign in at memeclip.app/user.
- Open Settings from the account menu and scroll to Delete account.
- Type
DELETEand confirm.
The active account is deleted immediately without a waiting period.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your Memeclip profile, Google account link, private email, login sessions and API tokens, nickname, avatar stored by Memeclip, uploaded clips and their media files, likes, reports, feedback linked to the account, and related moderation records.
Projects and imported media stored only on your iPhone are not held by Memeclip. Delete those projects in the app, or remove the app and its local data from your device.
Request deletion without signing in
If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from the Google email associated with the account. Use the subject Memeclip data deletion request. We will verify account ownership before deleting data so that another person cannot erase your account.
Never send a password, Google credential, API token, or other secret.
Limited exceptions
Security logs and transient backups may persist only for their normal limited retention period where technically necessary or legally required. They are not restored to the active service and are not used for marketing.
